Short description Arrival By car from Bern: Motorway A6 direction Thun / Spiez / Interlaken. In Spiez turn right towards Kandersteg. Turn right into the village center Kandersteg. After about 1000meters turn right into Öistrasse. The Alpenstube is in the second house on the left side.

Short description Arrival by train / bus from Bern:

Intercity from Bern to Thun / Spiez. In Spiez change in Regioexpress to Frutigen-Kandersteg. From the station on foot to the village center (over river Kander). Follow the main road for about 1000 meters. After the Hotel Alfa-Soleil turn left into Öistrasse. The Alpenstube is in the second house on the left side.
