Rental conditions

1. If the tenant is unable to take the agreed vacation, he must inform the landlord as soon as possible. However, he remains liable for the rent unless it is possible to rent the property to someone else during the rental period. If the agreed rental period is not fully adhered to, the entire rent for the agreed period must still be paid. The provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations apply to earlier termination of the contract.

2. Any complaints regarding the rental property must be raised by the tenant upon taking possession of the property, otherwise it will be assumed that the premises and their inventory were in the agreed, contractual, good condition and will be returned in this condition.

3. The tenant undertakes to protect the premises and their inventory from damage and to return them at the end of the rental period with all keys and accessories in accordance with the inventory. Damaged or unusable
items must be replaced in such a way that the landlord
does not suffer any disadvantage.

The tenant also undertakes not to do anything that is detrimental to the house and the
inventory, to report immediately to the landlord anything that appears to be damaged or harmful and
not to sublet the rental property in whole or in part,
i.e. the apartment or chalet may only be occupied by the number of
people mentioned below.

The tenant is responsible for any damage to the house or the
inventory caused by the tenant. No objects that could clog the toilets or sewers
may be thrown into the toilets or sewers.6. Where
